Adjika – Traditional Caucasian Spice Blend

The word "adjika" translates to "salt" , reflecting its origins as a fundamental seasoning in Caucasian cuisine . This spicy and aromatic blend enhances the flavors of meat, fish, vegetables, pasta, and soups .

Adjika can be used in dry form , sprinkled directly during cooking ( 1 tbsp per 1 kg of meat or 1 liter of water ). Alternatively, you can prepare a thick sauce by mixing the blend with 3-4% wine vinegar and adding salt to taste. Store the sauce in a tightly sealed glass or ceramic container for freshness.
